How do I rent baby and beach gear?

Click on the button in the top left corner that says “rentals” or any of the other buttons on the website that say “rent here”. If something you would like to rent is out of stock, please email us and we will do our best to have that available for you. If you would like to rent a product that we do not offer, please email us and if we can provide that for you we will.

What if an item is out of stock/no inventory for our dates?

We are a new small business and we are trying to gauge inventory vs. demand. We ask that you please email us and we will do our best to provide whatever you need as long as we are given enough notice (preferably at least 2 weeks before your vacation).

Will you provide a car seat attachment for my specific car seat with a stroller rental?

If we can, we will! We ask that you reach out to us via email ASAP to let us know which car seat you are bringing to see if we have or can buy a car seat adapter for you. If the stroller you want to rent is not compatible with your car seat then we can look at other stroller options for you as well.

Are items cleaned/sanitized between rentals?

Absolutely! We don’t want to just lay our baby anywhere, and we know you don’t either. Each item is meticulously cleaned and cared for. Between every rental items and linens are cleaned and sanitized with natural, nontoxic, baby safe products. The health of you and your littles is of the utmost importance to us!


What happens if an item is lost/broken?

As stated in the rental agreement, if an item is lost or broken, a full replacement fee will be charged to the customer. Please note: some items have irreplaceable pieces, so if pieces are lost, the replacement fee will be charged for the entire item. Thanks for understanding!


What happens if the gear comes back really dirty or smelling like smoke?

You are responsible for keeping the gear in the same condition it was delivered in. Please do not allow smoking around any of the gear, and no eating or drinking in any of the gear other than high chairs.
Please clean high chairs down after use, and before returning. 
If any gear comes back extra dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged per item. 
We cannot rent items if they smell like smoke, so for any gear that comes back with smoke residue, a replacement fee will be charged. 

In the event that any items are lost or broke, a fee will be charged for repair (if applicable) or replacement. 


What happens if we get into a car accident while renting a car seat?

We sure hope this never happens. However, if it does, we will need to be notified immediately! This is very important because we can not rent that car seat again for safety reasons.


What is Michigan law regarding car seats? Do you install them?

We have a very strict policy prohibiting us from installing car seats. Manuals will be provided for car seats when possible, and can always be found online. Sometimes videos are even available and are super helpful!


Where do you deliver to? What is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery around the Charlevoix area (Petoskey, Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan). Outside of those areas we will charge a small delivery fee depending on location. We will deliver/pick-up from most places for a $50 delivery at most. We try to serve all of Northern Michigan and will accommodate you to the best of our ability. Other areas that we serve are Torch Lake, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Interlochen, Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau, Northport, Glen Arbor, and Frankfort. If you would like delivery for other locations, please just email us and ask.
